Charlotte joined Forbion as a Fellow in January 2025 after completing her PhD in Pharmacology at Radboud University Medical Center in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Her research, supported by the Gates Foundation, focused on establishing the proof-of-concept for model-informed medication dosages in pregnancy. She was awarded a Van Leersum grant to conduct part of her research at Imperial College London. Her work resulted in eight publications, including The Lancet.
Charlotte is a medically trained doctor with clinical experience in pediatrics. She has worked in strategic consulting, policy-making and international development across the private and non-profit sectors in France, the Netherlands, Burkina Faso and the United Kingdom.
Charlotte also holds an MSc in Environmental Change Management from Oxford University and a BSc in international relations and economics from Sciences Po Paris.
