Arjan joined Forbion in 2026 as Head of Tax, bringing extensive experience in international taxation, private equity and M&A.
Prior to joining Forbion, Arjan was Head of Private Equity Tax at Schroders Capital, where he supported the growth of the private equity platform and took on a broader operational role focused on strengthening collaboration across departments and improving efficiencies. Previously, Arjan worked at Loyens & Loeff and Deloitte in their international tax practices and M&A teams.
Arjan holds an LL.M. in Tax Law, with a focus on International and European Tax Law, from the University of Amsterdam.
