Forbion’s BioEconomy strategy focuses on innovative companies that leverage biotechnology to clean and feed the planet.
Launched in 2024, the Forbion BioEconomy fund invests in Life Sciences innovations that improve planetary health and supports biotech-enabled solutions for sustainable food, agriculture, materials and environmental technologies. By the end of 2025, the fund had made investments in six companies. By backing scalable sustainable alternatives, Forbion aims to support more resilient systems and contribute to long-term planetary health.
