Promedior is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing a drug that addresses the most severe and difficult-to-treat fibrotic and inflammatory conditions.

It has clinical programs in in the lung (IPF) and a form of fibrotic bone marrow cancer (myelofibrosis). In 2015 Promedior entered into a partnership giving Bristol-Myers Squibb the right to acquire the company at a total milestone based deal value is $1.25 billion.
