Forbion Capital Partners (Forbion) today announced their investment in Autonomic Technologies Europe GmbH (ATI GmbH) as part of the USD 38 M transatlantic series D round raised by Autonomic Technologies Inc. (ATI Inc), developer and manufacturer of Pulsante, a microstimulator to treat severe headaches. Martien van Osch, Managing Partner at Forbion Capital Partners, will join ATI’s Board of Directors on behalf of Forbion.
