Iris Veldman joined Forbion as Deal Counsel in August 2024. Iris is responsible for the legal support in the investment processes.
Prior to joining Forbion, Iris gained 10 years of experience as an attorney specialized in M&A and investment management, assisting Dutch and Luxembourg fund managers with the formation of their alternative investment funds as well advising them on their portfolio transactions.
Iris holds an LLM from the University of Groningen (NL) and a postgraduate degree in Financial Law from Grotius Academy, Nijmegen (NL).
