Lior joined Forbion in 2026 as Marketing & Communications Director, responsible for supporting and executing the firm's global marketing and communications strategy.
She brings over a decade of experience in strategic communications across biotech, medtech, diagnostics, and deep-tech, having built marketing and communications functions from the ground up and led global initiatives spanning brand, PR, content, and growth. She has worked closely with founders, scientists, and leadership teams to help emerging companies communicate their breakthroughs to the audiences that matter most.
Prior to joining Forbion, Lior served as Marketing & Communications Manager at OncoHost, where she established the company's marketing function and shaped its positioning in the precision oncology space. Earlier in her career, she held multiple roles at FINN Partners, advising international clients across healthcare, technology, and sustainability, and leading cross-border communications programs spanning the US, Europe, and Israel.
Lior holds a BA in Corporate Communications (cum laude) from Varsity College and an Honours in Strategic Brand Management and Leadership from Vega School, both in Johannesburg, South Africa.
