Xandra is a people and culture leader whose focus has always been on building the foundations that let people and organisations grow together.
Based in Amsterdam, Xandra has spent most of her career in HR and people leadership roles at leading professional services firms, including McKinsey & Company, Booz & Company and Clifford Chance.
As Head of People & Culture at Forbion, Xandra shapes the firm's people strategy and works closely with the team to support Forbion's continued growth.
Alongside her role at Forbion, Xandra is a non-executive board member of the Leids Universiteits Fonds (LUF) and a volunteer for the ALS Foundation. She also coaches professionals and is the author of the book Het Overlijden Overleven.
Xandra holds a Master's degree in Law from Leiden University.
