Thijs joined Forbion in 2026 as Legal Counsel.
Prior to joining Forbion, Thijs was Legal Counsel at IceLake Capital, where he advised the management and investment teams on a broad range of legal matters, including transactions, fund structuring, fundraising, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance. Previously, he held legal roles at ASR and Intertrust.
Thijs holds a Master of Laws in Employment and Corporate Law from the University of Amsterdam, where he also obtained his Bachelor of Laws.
